The REALTORS® of the Year Committee is appealing to each of you to please take a few moments to decide who you believe is deserving of the

REALTOR® of the Year Award.

Suggested criteria for your nomination:

1) REALTOR SPIRIT - High Principles, faithfullness to laws and regulations of Ethics and local board, and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public.

2) CIVIC ACTIVITY - Local, State and National level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political commissions, and fraternal or religious groups, etc.

3) LOCAL BOARD ACTIVITY - Board offices and Committee work, special assignments, seminar activity and education work, offices held in local chapters of Institutes.

4) STATE ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY - Offices held and committee work, attendance and participation at State Conventions, directors meetings and educational meetings.

5) NATIONAL ACTIVITY - National offices and committee work, etc.

6) BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENT - Cooperative spirit toward and reputation amongst fellow REALTORS, public recognition of business conduct, and is actively engaged in the day-to-day business of real estate brokerage.

If you know someone who displays any of these qualities, please submit their name as a candidate. If you feel YOU are deserving of this award, please feel free to nominate yourself! If you would like to nominate more than one person, put as many names on the nomination form as you would like. Your careful consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated. If no one meets the criteria there will not be a ROTY named.
