Lisa L. Buzaid is a principal in the firm and practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, land use and commercial lending.

Ms. Buzaid has 23 years’ experience representing owners of commercial, residential and industrial properties with regard to all aspects of the acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing of real estate as well as conservation easements and conservation donations of property.  She also has significant experience in commercial lending including creditor foreclosure work.

Ms. Buzaid is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.

She is a member of the New Milford and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Ms. Buzaid currently serves as General Counsel to the Greater New Milford Board of REALTORS, Inc.
